Financial: Payment facilities and Mortgages July 24, 2007

The payment facilities at Jardines del Palm-Mar are very easy stage payments, stipulated as follows:

• A first deposit of 3.000 euros when making the reservation of a property
• A 10% payment is due at the moment of signing the purchase contract (reduced with 3.000 euros from the first deposit)
• A second payment of again 10% will be due after 1 year
• The outstanding 80% will be payable upon signing the title deeds of the property.

 If you would like to opt for a mortgage, the builder has a preconstruction agreement with BBVA bank already set up, enabling the buyers to enjoy special rates set up a long time before the development is finished and ready to be handed over.
