Palm-Mar is to be the most popular residential area to live in the South, thriving with luxury developments and with a large array of different types of properties to choose from.
This area offers an excellent micro-climate as it is cupped in between a natural reserve called Malpais de la Rasca on one side and the Mountain of Guaza, another protected area.
